摘  要:针对动力电池充电过程中容易出现的过热现象,结合动力电池在不同充电温度下的反应,对动力电池充电装置的预警系统进行了研究设计,以解决动力电池在充电过程中出现过热而导致火灾、爆炸等问题。在借鉴目前市场已有的充电设备所使用技术的同时,结合动力电池水冷却系统的原理,对该充电设备的冷却装置进行了设计,通过断路信号接收器对温度传感器的温度信号进行判断,以控制接触片的断开和闭合,来控制充电的进行,在温度过高时终止充电,并通过警报进行警示,从而保证动力电池充电过程的安全性。A warning system for power battery charging devices has been studied and designed to address the issue of overheating during the charging process,taking into account the reactions of power batteries at different charging temperatures.The aim is to solve problems such as fires and explosions caused by overheating of power batteries during the charging process.While drawing on the technology used in existing charging equipment in the market,combined with the principle of power battery water cooling system,the cooling device of this charging equipment has been designed.The temperature signal of the temperature sensor is judged by a circuit breaker signal receiver to control the opening and closing of the contact piece to control the charging process.When the temperature is too high,the charging is terminated and an alarm is triggered to ensure the safety of the power battery charging process.
