新能源汽车电池的故障诊断与解决方法探究

摘  要:动力电池系统可靠性直接影响新能源汽车性能表现。深入分析了新能源汽车电池的故障特征,并构建了一套科学的诊断流程。通过电池状态监测系统记录运行数据,并结合专业检测设备测量关键参数,技术人员能够在单体电池电压、容量、温度等指标出现异常时,逐步排查问题根源。针对不同的故障,其修复方案也有所区别:若电芯损坏,则进行整组更换;若管理系统故障,则进行程序重置;若温度异常,则调整散热系统。此诊断与修复方法已在多个维修站点得到验证,具有较高的实用性和可靠性。The reliability of power battery systems directly affects the performance of new energy vehicles.This article deeply analyzes the fault characteristics of new energy vehicle batteries and constructs a scientific diagnostic process.By recording operational data through a battery status monitoring system and measuring key parameters with professional testing equipment,technicians can gradually identify the root cause of problems when indicators such as individual battery voltage,capacity,and temperature are abnormal.For different faults,the repair plan also varies:if the battery cell is damaged,the entire set should be replaced;If the management system fails,reset the program;If the temperature is abnormal,adjust the cooling system.This diagnostic and repair method has been validated at multiple maintenance sites and has high practicality and reliability.
