摘 要:通过分析新能源汽车电机的常见故障类型,结合现代故障诊断技术如信号处理、机器学习和模型推理等,提出一套系统的维修策略,包括预防性维护、修复性维护和更换策略,并通过具体案例分析验证维修策略的有效性。研究结果表明,科学的故障分析与合理的维修策略能够显著提高新能源汽车电机的可靠性和使用寿命,为新能源汽车的维护和管理提供了理论支持和实践指导。By analyzing the common types of faults in new energy vehicle motors and combining modern fault diagnosis techniques such as signal processing,machine learning,and model inference,a systematic maintenance strategy is proposed,including preventive maintenance,corrective maintenance,and replacement strategies.The effectiveness of the maintenance strategy is verified through specific case analysis.The research results indicate that scientific fault analysis and reasonable maintenance strategies can significantly improve the reliability and service life of new energy vehicle motors,providing theoretical support and practical guidance for the maintenance and management of new energy vehicles.
