摘 要:基于紧密堆积理论进行混凝土配合比设计是混凝土制备科学化的重要途径之一.从紧密堆积理论的发展历程可以看出,Fuller试验是不同粒径的固体颗粒首次紧密堆积试验,并提出了累积筛下百分数与颗粒粒径的数学经验式,Bolomey式中出现了粒径比,为A-A紧密堆积计算式的提出做了基础性的工作.MA-A式考虑实际堆积时颗粒的特点,进一步对A-A紧密堆积计算式的修正.A-A式可以计算出普通混凝土中粗、细骨料的紧密堆积时的用量,并融入了普通混凝土配合比设计规范.超高性能混凝土随着原材料颗粒径不断细化,MA-A式可以进行全原料的紧密堆积设计,为超高性混凝土的配合比设计提供了理论基础。Designing concrete mix proportions based on the theory of compact packing is one of the important approaches to the scientific preparation of concrete.From the development process of the close packing theory,it can be seen that the Fuller experiment was the first close packing experiment of solid particles with different particle sizes,and a mathematical empirical formula for the cumulative sieving percentage and particle size was proposed.The particle size ratio appeared in the Bolomey formula,which laid the foundation for the proposal of the A-A close packing formula.The MA-A formula takes into account the characteristics of particles during actual stacking,and further modifies the A-A close packing formula.The A-A formula can calculate the amount of dense stacking of coarse and fine aggregates in ordinary concrete,and is integrated into the design specifications for ordinary concrete mix proportions.With the continuous refinement of raw material particle size,the MA-A formula can be used for the compact packing design of all raw materials in ultra-high performance concrete,providing a theoretical basis for the mix design of ultra-high performance concrete.
