摘  要:为研究不同类型纤维(聚丙烯纤维、玄武岩纤维、聚丙烯纤维+玄武岩纤维)及其掺量对戈壁混凝土力学性能的影响,对纤维戈壁混凝土进行单轴受压静力加载试验,观察了试件的受力破坏过程及形态,获取了其应力-应变全过程曲线,基于试验数据深入分析了不同类型纤维对戈壁混凝土的峰值应力、峰值应变、弹性模量、轴压韧性比等力学性能的影响规律并与普通骨料混凝土进行对比分析,并通过SEM电镜扫描分析了纤维戈壁混凝土的微观结构.根据试验结果,提出纤维戈壁混凝土的力学指标计算式,结果吻合较好.试验范围内,体积掺量0.1%的混合纤维戈壁混凝土具有较好的综合性能。In order to study the effects of different types of fibers(polypropylene fiber,basalt fiber,polypropylene fiber+basalt fiber mixture)and their dosages on the mechanical properties of Gobi concrete,uniaxial compressive tests of fiber reinforced Gobi concrete were conducted.The failure process and failure mode of the specimens were observed,and the stress-strain curves were obtained.Based on experimental data,the influence of different types of fibers on the mechanical properties of Gobi concrete,such as peak stress,peak strain,elastic modulus,and axial compression toughness ratio,was analyzed in depth and compared with ordinary aggregate concrete.The microstructure of fiber reinforced Gobi concrete was also analyzed through SEM electron microscopy.Based on the experimental results,formulas for calculating the mechanical indicators of fiber reinforced Gobi concrete were provided,and the results were in good agreement.Within the test range,the polypropylene-basalt fiber Gobi concrete with the content of 0.1%has good comprehensive performance.
