摘  要:为掌握高掺量、长度为1~3 mm的碳纤维对混凝土力学性能的影响特点并了解其导热导电性能,以占胶凝材料质量4.5%且长度为1~3 mm的碳纤维制备混凝土,以水胶比和纤维长度为变量,进行碳纤维混凝土的抗压强度、抗折强度和劈裂抗拉强度等试验分析.同时在理论计算的基础上综合考虑骨料的影响,分析该种混凝土的导热系数,并对其导电性能与电热性能进行理论分析.研究结论表明:当混凝土水胶比为0.3时,高掺量且长度为1~3 mm的碳纤维混凝土可拥有与无纤维混凝土相当的抗压强度,同时其抗折强度和劈裂抗拉强度高于无纤维混凝土,理论导热系数为0.98~2.04 W/(m·K),导电性能与电热性能良好。To investigate the influence of high-dosage short-cut carbon fibers(from 1 mm to 3 mm in length)on the mechanical properties of concrete and to evaluate their thermal and electrical conductivity,it prepared concrete specimens incorporating carbon fibers with lengths of from 1 mm to 3 mm,where the mass of the carbon fibers constitutes 4.5%of the cementitious materials.The compressive strength,flexural strength,and splitting tensile strength of the carbon fiber-reinforced concrete were analyzed by varying the water-to-binder ratio and fiber length.Additionally,the thermal conductivity of the test specimens was assessed based on theoretical calculations while considering the effect of aggregates.The electrical conductivity and electrothermal performance were also theoretically analyzed.The results indicate that high-dosage short-cut carbon fiber concrete exhibits comparable compressive strength to plain concrete when the water-to-binder ratio is 0.3.Meanwhile,it demonstrates superior flexural strength and splitting tensile strength.The theoretical thermal conductivity of the concrete ranges from 0.98 W/(m·K)to 2.04 W/(m·K),and the material shows excellent electrical conductivity and electrothermal performance.
