摘  要:利用铝工业副产品赤泥制备了新型赤泥基泡沫混凝土(RMFC)并结合室内冻融循环试验研究其抗冻性能,分析赤泥掺量、冻融循环次数对RMFC表面破坏形态、质量损失及抗压强度衰减的影响规律.试验结果表明:冻融循环作用下RMFC试块表面主要发生脱落、蜂窝状孔洞等破坏;随着冻融循环次数的增加,RMFC质量损失率先增加后减小,抗压强度逐渐降低.相同冻融循环次数时,RMFC质量损失率和抗压强度损失率均随赤泥掺量的增大呈先增大后减小趋势,二者在赤泥掺量为45%时达到最小值;同时满足质量损失率和抗压强度损失率抗冻性指标要求的赤泥掺量临界值为55%。以抗压强度损失率作为冻融损伤变量,发现冻融过程中不同赤泥掺量RMFC损伤演化规律均符合S型增长曲线;基于Weibull分布建立了描述RMFC冻融劣化过程的损伤模型,将模型计算值与试验结果进行了对比分析,二者吻合度较高,该模型能较为准确的描述RMFC在冻融环境下的力学性能劣化过程。A new type of red mud-based foamed concrete(RMFC)was prepared by using the by-product of aluminum industry and its frost resistance was investigated in combination with freeze-thaw tests.The effect of red mud content and the number of freeze-thaw cycles on surface damage pattern,mass loss and compressive strength attenuation of RMFC was analyzed.Test results show that the main damage patterns of RMFC specimens are surface peeling and honeycomb hole due to freeze-thaw cycle.With increasing number of freeze-thaw cycles,the mass loss of RMFC increases first and then decreases,and the compressive strength gradually decreases.With a certain number of freeze-thaw cycle,the mass loss rate and compressive strength degradation rate both increase firstly and then decrease with increasing of red mud content,and both reach the minimum value when red mud content is 45%.The critical value of red mud content is 55%which meets the requirements of frost resistance indexes including mass loss rate and compressive strength degradation rate at the same time.The damage evolution law of RMFC with different red mud content are both well conformed to the S-type growth curve during freeze-thaw when choosing compressive strength as damage variable.A freeze-thaw damage model for describing the freeze-thaw deterioration process of RMFC is established based on Weibull distribution,and the comparison analysis is carried out between the calculated results and experimental results,which shows a good agreement between them.The proposed model can accurately describe the deterioration process of mechanical properties of RMFC under freeze-thaw environment.
