摘  要:为研究外荷载作用下锈蚀-应力耦合对钢筋自发漏磁信号的影响特征,将单一缺陷磁偶极子模型推广至多缺陷磁偶极子模型,结合力磁耦合效应,为考虑荷载作用的RC梁钢筋锈蚀漏磁检测提供依据.通过MATLAB进行数值计算,剖析了扫描距离、锈蚀深度、应力大小等因素下漏磁场强度切向、法向分量的演化规律.COMSOL仿真试验结果表明:当荷载为70 kN、钢筋最大应力达384 MPa时,By磁信号样本标准差与无荷载作用时标准差的差值为2.09×10^(-8),不同锈蚀程度下的By磁信号标准差最大差值为3.10×10^(-6).与荷载作用相比,By磁信号曲线的整体离散程度对钢筋锈蚀程度更加敏感性,反映了多缺陷磁偶极子模型能够消除RC梁服役状态下所受应力的影响,从而用于钢筋锈蚀漏磁检测的可行性。In order to study the characteristics of the influence of corrosion-stress coupling on the self-magnetic flux leakage signal of rebar under external loading,the single-defect magnetic dipole model is extended to the multi-defect magnetic dipole model,which,combined with the theory of stress magnetization,provides a basis for the detection of corrosion leakage of steel reinforcement corrosion of RC beams under consideration of loading.Numerical calculations are carried out by MATLAB to analyze the evolution laws of tangential and normal components of the leakage magnetic field strength under the factors of scanning distance,corrosion depth and stress magnitude.The results of COMSOL simulation tests show that the difference between the standard deviation of the By magnetic signal samples and the standard deviation when no load is applied is 2.09×10^(-8) when the load is 70 kN and the maximum stress of the reinforcement reaches 384 MPa,and the smallest difference of the standard deviation of the By magnetic signals under different corrosion levels is 3.10×10^(-6).The overall degree of dispersion of the By magnetic signal curve is more sensitive to the degree of rebar corrosion than that of the loading effect,demonstrating the feasibility of the multi-defect magnetic dipole model to eliminate the effect of the stresses imposed on the RC beams in the service condition,and thus to be used for the detection of rebar corrosion and magnetic leakage.
