摘 要:为研究回弹料再生混凝土(SRM-RFAC)的耐久性能,以喷射混凝土回弹料再生细骨料(SRM-RFA)取代率和粉煤灰(FA)取代率为变量,进行了抗水渗透试验、抗氯离子渗透试验以及微观试验.结果表明:SRM-RFAC的抗水渗透性能和抗氯离子渗透性能随SRM-RFA取代率的提高而降低,随FA取代率的提高而提高;拟合了SRM-RFAC抗水渗透系数和氯离子扩散系数的计算式,计算值与试验结果吻合度良好,通过X-射线衍射(XRD)、扫描电镜(SEM)试验分析了造成SRM-RFAC耐久性能改变的原因。To investigate the durability performance of shotcreterebound materialrecycled fine aggregate concrete(SRM-RFAC),durability tests including anti-water permeability,anti-chloride ion permeability,and microstructure analysis were conducted with varying replacement rates of shotcretere bound material recycled fine aggregate(SRM-RFA)and fly ash(FA).The results indicated that the anti-water permeability and anti-chloride ion permeability of SRM-RFAC decreased with an increase in SRM-RFA replacement rate and increased with an increase in FA replacement rate.The formulas for SRM-RFAC′s water resistance permeability coefficient and chloride ion diffusion coefficient were fitted,and the calculated values were in good agreement with the experimental results.Through analyses using X-ray Diffraction(XRD)and Scanning Electron Microscopy(SEM),the factors contributing to changes in the durability performance of SRM-RFAC were identified.
