摘 要:赤泥是制铝业产生固废之一,因缺乏处理手段,只能大量堆积.采用赤泥粉末、再生砖粉做水泥掺合料,制备大孔生态混凝土,考察不同掺量下对混凝土力学和抗冻性能的影响规律.测量冻融循环下指标变化,采用XRD和SEM对混凝土浆体和界面处形貌进行分析.结果表明:仅在水泥中掺入赤泥时,冻融损伤主要来源界面劣化.赤泥粉末可以优化浆体的微观孔隙.同砖粉复掺时,界面处凝胶更加致密.验证了赤泥应用于混凝土可行性,增加赤泥的一种消纳途径,加快水泥行业低碳转型。In order to increase the consumption of solid waste red mud generated by the aluminum industry and reduce carbon emissions from the cement industry,red mud and recycled brick powder were used as cement admixtures to prepare macroporous ecological concrete.The effects of different admixtures on the mechanical and frost resistance properties of the concrete were investigated.Measure the changes in quality and strength loss under freeze-thaw cycles,and analyze the microstructure of the concrete binder slurry and interface using XRD and SEM.The results indicate that when only red mud is added,the main source of freeze-thaw damage is interface deterioration.When only brick powder is added,the main cause of damage is slurry deterioration;When the two are mixed together,the pore structure is optimized and the cementitious structure is dense.
