摘 要:随着基础建设的大力发展,天然砂的存量存在供不应求的现象,随着环境友好型等可持续发展观念的提出,机制砂在当前环境下逐步占据主导地位.但因机制砂的生产工艺所限,相对于天然砂,机制砂的石粉含量较高,石粉会影响混凝土的力学性能.采用单因素变量试验,采用不同石粉含量的机制砂替代天然砂,研究石粉含量对机制砂混凝土的拌和性能与力学性能的影响,讨论了C20强度等级混凝土的最佳石粉含量.试验结果表明:当石粉含量为10%~15%,可以显著提高混凝土的拌和性能,减小离析泌水,增强黏聚性,降低骨料间的摩擦力.石粉可以填充混凝土中的孔隙,完善机制砂混凝土的整体级配,改善其工作性能,有利于提高机制砂混凝土的力学强度,28 d单轴抗压强度可达41.6 MPa,抗折强度达9.4 MPa,抗拉强度达3.7 MPa。With the vigorous development of infrastructure,the natural sand is in short supply,and with the concept of environmentally friendly and other sustainable development,the machine-made sand gradually occupies a dominant position in the current environment.However,due to the limitation of the production process of machine-made sand,its stone powder content is higher compared with natural sand,and the stone powder will affect the mechanical properties of concrete.A one-way variable test was designed to replace natural sand with machine-made sand with different stone powder content,to study the effect of stone powder content on the mixing performance and mechanical properties of machine-made sand concrete,and to determine the optimal stone powder content of C20 strength grade concrete.The test results show that when the content of stone powder is from 10%to 15%,it can significantly improve the mixing performance of concrete,reduce segregation and water secretion,enhance the cohesion,and reduce the friction between aggregates.Stone powder can fill the pores in the concrete,improve the overall grading of mechanism sand concrete,improve its working performance,and help to improve the mechanical strength of mechanism sand concrete,28 d uniaxial compressive strength of up to 41.6 MPa,flexural strength of up to 9.4 MPa,tensile strength of up to 3.7 MPa.
