摘 要:为探讨情景模拟结合PDCA循环在麻醉科住院医师规范化培训教学中的教学效果,本文以广西医科大学第一附属医院2021级、2022级、2023级麻醉科住院医师规范化培训医师(专业性硕士研究生和社会化规培医师)共60名作为研究对象,随机分为实验组和对照组,每组30人。实验组采用情景模拟结合PDCA循环教学法,对照组则采用传统教学方法。比较两组住院医师在应急处理能力、临床决策水平、团队合作能力及教学满意度。结果显示:实验组医师在应急处理能力、临床决策水平和团队合作技巧及教学满意度方面明显优于对照组。情景模拟与PDCA循环相结合的教学模式,能显著提高麻醉科住院医师规范化培训的教学效果,为麻醉科住院医师规范化培训教学提供了新的方法和手段。In order to explore the teaching effect of scenario simulation combined with PDCA cycle in the teaching of standardized training of anesthesiology residents,this paper takes a total of 60 anesthesiology resident standardized training physicians(professional master's degree students and socialized training physicians)of the First Affiliated Hospital of Guangxi Medical University in the grades of 2021,2022 and 2023 as the research subjects,and randomly divides them into experimental and control groups,with 30 in each group.The experimental group adopted crisis event management scenario simulation combined with PDCA cycle teaching method,while the control group adopted traditional teaching method.The two groups were comparable in terms of crisis management ability,clinical decision-making level,teamwork ability and teaching satisfaction.The results showed that the experimental group was much better than the control group in terms of crisis management ability,clinical decision-making level and teamwork skills and teaching satisfaction.The teaching mode combining crisis event scenario simulation and PDCA cycle can significantly improve the teaching effect of standardized training of anesthesiology residents,and provides a novel method and means for the teaching of standardized training of anesthesiology residents.
