摘  要:人工智能技术是引领科技革命和产业变革的重要驱动力,研究人工智能技术对汽车制造企业供应链韧性的作用机制与影响效应,有助于汽车制造业抵御风险、化危为“绩”。基于动态能力理论,利用2012—2023年我国沪深A股汽车制造业上市公司的面板数据,实证检验人工智能技术对汽车制造企业供应链韧性的影响。研究发现,人工智能技术对汽车制造企业供应链韧性提升具有显著的促进作用,此结论经一系列稳健性检验后依然成立。机制分析表明,人工智能技术主要通过激发企业的创新能力,提升企业的吸收能力以及增强企业的适应能力,有效提升汽车制造企业供应链韧性。企业市场地位在人工智能技术对汽车制造企业供应链韧性的影响中发挥调节效应,汽车制造企业市场地位的提升能够强化人工智能技术对其供应链韧性的正向促进作用。异质性分析发现,相较于规模较小、非国有以及处于生命周期成长期的汽车制造企业,人工智能技术对规模较大、国有企业以及处于生命周期成熟期的汽车制造企业供应链韧性的提升效果更为显著。基于此,汽车制造企业应加大人工智能技术的研发投入,积极寻求跨界合作,深化人工智能技术应用,强化供应链韧性建设。激发团队创新活力,加强培训与研讨,优化企业组织结构,重视动态能力培养,搭建技术融合桥梁。推动技术创新与产品升级,强化品牌建设,提升汽车制造企业市场地位,驱动人工智能技术精准赋能。倡导差异化人工智能技术应用策略,加速智能化转型,推动人工智能技术与供应链管理的深度融合,全面提升汽车制造企业供应链韧性。Artificial intelligence(AI)technology is an important driving force leading the scientific and technological revolution and industrial transformation.Studying the mechanism and impact of AI technology on the supply chain resilience of automobile manufacturing industry has become the key to resist risks and turn crises into"achievements"of automobile manufacturing enterprises.Based on the dynamic capability theory,using the panel data of listed companies in China's Shanghai and Shenzhen A-share automobile manufacturing industry from 2012 to 2023,the author empirically examines the impact of AI technology on the supply chain resilience of automobile manufacturing enterprises.It is found that AI technology has a significant contribution to the supply chain resilience improvement of automobile manufacturing companies,and this conclusion still holds after a series of robustness tests.Mechanism analysis shows that AI technology can effectively improve the supply chain resilience of automobile manufacturing enterprises by stimulating their innovation ability,improving their absorption capacity and enhancing their adaptability;and the market position of enterprises plays a moderating effect in the impact of AI technology on the supply chain resilience of automobile manufacturing enterprises,and the enhancement of the market position of automobile manufacturing companies can strengthen the positive promotion effect of AI technology on the resilience of supply chain of automobile manufacturing enterprises.Heterogeneity analysis finds that,compared automobile manufacturing enterprises with smaller size,non-state-owned and positioned in the growth period of life-cycle,the effect of AI technology on the supply chain resilience of automobile manufacturing enterprises with larger size,state-owned and positioned in the period of maturity of lifecycle is more significant.Based on this,automobile manufacturing enterprises should,first,increase investment in research and development of AI technology,actively seek cross-border coope
