摘 要:数字技术与传统金融融合产生的数字金融对城市生态效率提升有着重要影响。依托非期望产出超效率SBM模型科学评估2011—2023年京津冀区域13个城市生态效率发展水平,运用核密度估计和马尔科夫链考察其动态分布和演进趋势,借助动态定性比较分析法探究数字金融系统内部因素提升城市生态效率的组态路径。研究发现,京津冀区域城市生态效率整体处于中高至高效率水平区间,且分布曲线呈波动性态势,梯度效应明显,生态发展稳定性欠佳。区域内部绝对差异仍然存在,生态发展不均衡与“多极分化”明显。从转移规律视角分析,京津冀区域低效率水平城市较难突破“数字鸿沟”,发生向上“跨级”转移概率较小;中低效率与高效率水平城市向中间聚集趋势明显,城市间差异逐步缩小。数字金融生态系统中的金融覆盖广度、使用深度、数字化程度等因素通过“数字保险轻推型”“数字支付—保险重推型”和“数字信用重推型”三大发展模式产生不同高城市生态效率组态路径,且均具备“殊途同归”的特征。为实现高城市生态效率,应系统优化数字金融生态,发挥要素协同效应;发展数字保险业务并创新数字保险产品开发;重视数字金融覆盖广度并推动数字支付业务与数字保险业务相结合。政府可推动数字信用平台建设,引导金融机构创新数字信用与生态效益协同业务模式,强化绿色发展长效驱动作用。Digital finance,which is generated by the integration of digital technology and traditional finance,has an important impact on the improvement of urban ecological efficiency.The authors construct an undesirable output super-efficiency SBM model to measure the eco-efficiency of 13 cities in Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei from 2011 to 2023,use kernel density estimation and Markov chain to investigate its dynamic distribution and evolution trend,and explore the configuration path of the internal factors of the digital financial system to improve urban ecological efficiency with the help of dynamic qualitative comparative analysis.It is found that the ecological efficiency of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region is generally in the range of medium-high to high efficiency levels,and the distribution curve shows fluctuation trend with obvious gradient effect and poor stability of ecological development.Absolute differences still exist within the urban agglomeration,and the uneven ecological development and multipolarization are obvious.From the perspective of transfer law,it is difficult for cities with low efficiency levels in Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region to break through"digita divide",and the probability of upward cross-level transfer is not large;and cities with low and medium eco-efficiency levels and cities with high eco-efficiency levels in this region tend to gather in the middle,and the differences between cities are gradually narrowing.Factors such as the breadth of financial coverage,depth of use,and degree of digitalization in the digital financial ecosystem have produced different high-urban ecological efficiency configuration paths through the three major development models of digital insurance nudge,digital payment-insurance re-push,and digital credit re-push,and they have the characteristics of"different paths and the same destination".In order to achieve high urban eco-efficiency,first,we should systematically optimize the digital financial ecology and give full play to the role of the synergy effect of factors;second,
