健脾生血片联合蔗糖铁注射液治疗缺铁性贫血患者的临床疗效及对铁代谢的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨健脾生血片联合蔗糖铁注射液治疗对缺铁性贫血(IDA)患者的影响。方法选取2022年8月-2024年8月枣庄市薛城区人民医院收治的64例IDA患者为研究对象,按随机数字表法将其分为对照组和观察组,每组32例。对照组采用蔗糖铁注射液治疗,观察组在对照组基础上采用健脾生血片治疗,两组均持续治疗12周。比较两组的临床疗效、血常规指标、铁代谢指标、不良反应发生情况。结果观察组治疗总有效率为93.75%,高于对照组的75.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组血红蛋白、红细胞计数、平均红细胞血红蛋白含量、血清铁蛋白、转铁蛋白饱和度、血清铁均高于对照组,总铁结合力低于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论健脾生血片联合蔗糖铁注射液治疗IDA患者的疗效显著,能够有效改善患者的血常规指标及铁代谢指标,且不良反应发生少。Objective To explore the effect of Jianpi Shengxue tablets combined with iron sucrose injection on patients with iron deficiency anemia(IDA).Methods A total of 64 patients with IDA admitted to People’s Hospital of Xuecheng District,Zaozhuang City from August 2022 to August 2024 were selected as the research objects,they were divided into a control group and an observation group according to the random number table method,with 32 cases in each group.The control group was treated with iron sucrose injection,and the observation group was treated with Jianpi Shengxue tablets on the basis of the treatment in the control group,both groups were treated continuously for 12 weeks.The clinical efficacy,blood routine indicators,iron metabolism indicators,and the occurrence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was 93.75%,which was higher than 75.00%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,hemoglobin,red blood cell count,mean corpuscular hemoglobin content,serum ferritin,transferrin saturation,and serum iron in the observation group were all higher than those in the control group,and the total iron binding capacity was lower than that in the control group,and the differences between the two groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Jianpi Shengxue tablets combined with iron sucrose injection has a remarkable curative effect in the treatment of patients with IDA,which can effectively improve the blood routine indicators and iron metabolism indicators of patients,and the occurrence of adverse reactions is few.
