除湿止痒洗液联合依匹斯汀及糠酸莫米松乳膏治疗慢性湿疹患者的临床效果

摘　　要：目的 探讨除湿止痒洗液联合依匹斯汀及糠酸莫米松乳膏治疗慢性湿疹患者的临床效果。方法 选取2023年7—12月广东省佛山市南海经济开发区人民医院收治的120例慢性湿疹患者为研究对象,按随机数字表法将其分为对照组和治疗组,各60例。对照组采用依匹斯汀联合糠酸莫米松乳膏治疗,治疗组在对照组基础上加用除湿止痒洗液治疗,两组均连续治疗4周。比较两组的临床疗效、中医证候积分、皮损程度、生活质量及不良反应发生情况。结果 治疗组治疗总有效率为96.67%,高于对照组的85.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,治疗组各项中医证候积分、湿疹皮损面积及严重程度指数、皮肤病生活质量指数评分均低于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 除湿止痒洗液联合依匹斯汀及糠酸莫米松乳膏治疗慢性湿疹安全有效,有利于缓解临床症状,促进湿疹消退,提高患者生活质量,值得推广。Objective To investigate the clinical effect of Chushi Zhipruritic lotion combined with epinastine and mometasone furoate cream in the treatment of patients with chronic eczema.Methods A total of 120 patients with chronic eczema admitted to Nanhai Economic Development Zone People’s Hospital,Foshan City,Guangdong Province from July to December 2023 were selected as the research objects,according to the random number table method,they were divided into a control group and a treatment group,with 60 cases in each group.The control group was treated with epinastine combined with mometasone furoate cream,and the treatment group was treated with Chushi and antipruritic lotion on the basis of the control group,both groups were treated for 4 weeks.The clinical efficacy,Traditional Chinese Medicine syndrome score,degree of skin lesions,quality of life and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the treatment group was 96.67%,which was higher than 85.00%of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the Traditional Chinese Medicine syndrome scores,Eczema Area and Severity Index and Dermatology Life Quality Index scores in the treatment group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences between the two groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Chushi Zhipruritic lotion combined with epinastine and mometasone furoate cream is safe and effective in the treatment of chronic eczema,which is beneficial to relieve clinical symptoms,promote the regression of eczema,and improve the quality of life of patients,which is worthy of promotion.
