观察司库奇尤单抗治疗中重度斑块状银屑病患者的临床效果

摘　　要：目的 分析司库奇尤单抗治疗中重度斑块状银屑病患者的临床效果。方法 选取2021年1月—2023年11月济南市第三人民医院收治的80例中重度斑块状银屑病患者为研究对象,按随机数字表法将其分为对照组和观察组,各40例。对照组采用常规药物治疗,观察组在对照组基础上联合司库奇尤单抗治疗。比较两组的临床疗效、皮损情况、生活质量、肿瘤标志物。结果 观察组治疗总有效率为95.00%,高于对照组的80.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗3个月后,观察组银屑病皮损面积和严重程度指数、皮肤病生活质量指数评分均低于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组鳞状细胞癌抗原水平低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 采用司库奇尤单抗治疗中重度斑块状银屑病患者能提高疗效,提高其生活质量,且安全性较高。Objective Analysis of the clinical efficacy of Secukinumab in the treatment of moderate to severe plaque psoriasis patients.Methods Selecting 80 patients with moderate to severe plaque psoriasis admitted to Jinan Third People’s Hospital from January 2021 to November 2023 as the research subjects,according to the random number table method,they were divided into a control group and an observation group,with 40 cases in each group.The control group received conventional drug treatment,while the observation group received combined treatment with Secukinumab on the basis of the control group.Compare the clinical efficacy,skin lesions,quality of life,and tumor markers between two groups.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 95.00%,which was higher than 80.00%of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After 3 months of treatment,the Psoriasis Area and Severity Index,as well as the Dermatology Life Quality Index score in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05);the level of squamous cell carcinoma antigen in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The use of Secukinumab in the treatment of moderate to severe plaque psoriasis patients can improve the efficacy,improve quality of life,and have high safety.
