摘　　要：目的 探讨缬沙坦胶囊联合苯磺酸氨氯地平治疗老年原发性高血压患者的临床效果。方法 选择2022年1月—2023年1月在枣庄市薛城区人民医院治疗的80例老年原发性高血压患者为研究对象,以随机数字表法将其分为对照组和观察组,每组40例。对照组采用苯磺酸氨氯地平治疗,观察组在对照组基础上联合缬沙坦胶囊治疗,两组均连续用药12周。比较两组的血压情况、肾功能指标、临床疗效及不良反应发生情况。结果 用药后,观察组收缩压、舒张压、尿微量白蛋白、血尿素氮及血清肌酐水平均低于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组治疗总有效率为92.50%,高于对照组的75.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 缬沙坦胶囊联合苯磺酸氨氯地平治疗老年原发性高血压患者的疗效显著,可降低血压水平,改善肾功能指标,且未增加不良反应,值得推广。Objective To investigate the clinical effect of valsartan capsule combined with amlodipine besylate in the treatment of elderly patients with essential hypertension.Methods A total of 80 elderly patients with essential hypertension who were treated in Xuecheng District People’s Hospital of Zaozhuang City from January 2022 to January 2023 were selected as the research objects,according to the random number table method,they were divided into a control group and an observation group,with 40 cases in each group.The control group was treated with amlodipine besylate,and the observation group was treated with valsartan capsule on the basis of the control group,both groups were treated for 12 weeks.The blood pressure,renal function indexes,clinical efficacy and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results After the medication,the levels of systolic blood pressure,diastolic blood pressure,urine microalbumin,blood urea nitrogen and serum creatinine in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences between the two groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).The total effective rate of the observation group was 92.50%,which was higher than 75.00%of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Valsartan capsule combined with amlodipine besylate is effective in the treatment of elderly patients with essential hypertension,which can reduce blood pressure level,improve renal function indexes,and does not increase adverse reactions,so it is worthy of promotion.
