火龙罐疗法联合揿针干预对风痰上扰型眩晕患者眩晕障碍程度的影响

摘　　要：目的 探讨火龙罐疗法联合揿针干预在风痰上扰型眩晕患者中的应用效果。方法 选取2022年1月—2024年1月玉林中医医院收治的100例风痰上扰型眩晕患者为研究对象,按随机数字表法将其分为对照组和观察组,各50例。对照组采用揿针干预,观察组在对照组的基础上加用火龙罐疗法干预,两组均持续干预2周。比较两组患者的中医证候积分、眩晕障碍程度、平衡能力及不良反应发生情况。结果 干预后2周后,观察组头晕目眩、视物旋转积分分别为(0.63±0.14)分、(0.61±0.11)分,均低于对照组的(0.92±0.16)分、(0.85±0.17)分,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组眩晕障碍量表评分为(12.32±1.82)分,低于对照组的(16.77±2.42)分,Berg平衡量表评分为(46.42±4.29)分,高于对照组的(40.85±3.94)分,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组不良反应发生率对比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 火龙罐疗法联合揿针干预能减轻风痰上扰型眩晕患者的眩晕障碍程度,提高平衡能力,且安全性良好。Objective To investigate the effect of fire dragon pot therapy combined with thumb-tack needle intervention in patients with wind-phlegm upper disturbance type vertigo.Methods A total of 100 patients with wind-phlegm upper disturbance type vertigo treated in Yulin Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2022 to January 2024 were selected as the research objects,and were divided into a control group and an observation group according to random number table method,with 50 cases in each group.The control group was treated with thumb-tack needle intervention,and the observation group was treated with fire dragon pot therapy on the basis of the control group,the intervention lasted for 2 weeks in both groups.TCM syndrome score,degree of vertigo disorder,balance ability and occurrence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results 2 weeks after the intervention,the dizziness and visual rotation scores in the observation group were(0.63±0.14)points and(0.61±0.11)points,respectively,which were lower than(0.92±0.16)points and(0.85±0.17)points in the control group,and the differences between the two groups were statistically significant(P<0.05);the score of Dizziness Handicap Inventory scale in the observation group was(12.32±1.82)points,which was lower than(16.77±2.42)points in the control group,and the score of Berg Balance Scale was(46.42±4.29)points,which was higher than(40.85±3.94)points in the control group,and the differences between the two groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Fire dragon pot therapy combined with thumb-tack needle intervention can reduce the degree of vertigo disorder of wind-phlegm upper disturbance type vertigo patients,improve balance ability,and safety is good.
