摘　　要：目的评价疏风解毒胶囊(SFJD)辅助治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病急性加重期(AECOPD)的有效性。方法检索PubMed、Cochrane Library、Web of Science、Embase、中文科技期刊数据库、中国知网、万方数字化期刊全文数据库、中国生物医学文献数据库等数据库中SFJD治疗AECOPD的随机对照试验,时限为建库至2024年1月。基于Cochrane手册进行Meta分析。结果共纳入25项研究,2195例患者。SFJD辅助治疗AECOPD可提高有效率,降低感染指标水平,改善肺功能,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论SFJD联合西药常规治疗AECOPD的疗效优于单用西医常规治疗,但研究的方法学质量中等。Objective This study aims to explore the efficacy of Shufeng Jiedu capsule(SFJD)in the treatment of Acute exacerbation of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(AECOPD).Methods Search PubMed Cochrane Library、Web of Science、Embase、A randomized controlled trial of SFJD treatment for AECOPD in databases such as Chinese Science and Technology Journal Database,China National Knowledge Infrastructure,Wanfang Digital Journal Full text Database,and China Biomedical Literature Database,with a time limit from database establishment to January 2024.Meta analysis based on Cochrane Handbook.Results A total of 2195 cases in 25 articles were included.SFJD improved the very effective rate of clinical treatment and effective rate of clinical treatment,reduced the level of infection indicators,improved lung function and blood gas levels,and the above differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The curative effect of SFJD combined with western medicine in the treatment of AECOPD was better than that of single western medicine.Nevertheless,the methodological quality of the study was moderate.
