丹参酮ⅡA磺酸钠注射液联合琥珀酸美托洛尔缓释片治疗冠心病稳定型心绞痛患者的临床效果观察

摘　　要：目的探讨冠心病(CHD)稳定型心绞痛患者采用丹参酮ⅡA磺酸钠注射液(STS)联合琥珀酸美托洛尔缓释片治疗的临床效果。方法选取2023年6月—2024年6月新泰市人民医院收治的122例CHD稳定型心绞痛患者为研究对象,按随机数字表法将其分为对照组和研究组,每组61例。对照组采用琥珀酸美托洛尔缓释片治疗,研究组在对照组的基础上联合STS治疗,两组均持续治疗3周。比较两组的临床疗效、心绞痛发作情况、血液流变学指标、不良反应发生情况。结果研究组治疗总有效率为95.08%,高于对照组的80.33%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,研究组发作频次少于对照组,持续时间短于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组血浆黏度、纤维蛋白原水平均低于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论STS联合琥珀酸美托洛尔缓释片治疗CHD稳定型心绞痛患者的效果确切,可以改善其心绞痛发作情况与血液流变学指标,适合在临床推广应用。Objective To explore the clinical effect of treating patients with stable angina pectoris of coronary heart disease(CHD)with sodium tanshinone II A sulfonate injection(STS)combined with metoprolol succinate sustained-release tablets.Methods A total of 122 patients with stable angina pectoris of CHD admitted to Xintai People’s Hospital from June 2023 to June 2024 were selected as the research objects,they were divided into a control group and a research group according to the random number table method,with 61 cases in each group.The control group was treated with metoprolol succinate sustained-release tablets,and the research group was treated with STS on the basis of the control group,both groups were continuously treated for 3 weeks.The clinical efficacy,angina pectoris attack situation,hemorheological indicators,and the occurrence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the research group was 95.08%,which was higher than 80.33%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the frequency of attacks in the research group was less than that in the control group,and the duration was shorter than that in the control group,and the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05);the plasma viscosity and fibrinogen level in the research group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion STS combined with metoprolol succinate sustained-release tablets has a definite effect in the treatment of patients with stable angina pectoris of CHD,can improve the angina pectoris attack situation and hemorheological indicators,and is suitable for clinical promotion and application.
