坤泰胶囊联合雌二醇片/雌二醇地屈孕酮片复合包装治疗对围绝经期综合征患者KMI评分及血清性激素水平的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨坤泰胶囊联合雌二醇片/雌二醇地屈孕酮片复合包装在围绝经期综合征(PMS)患者中的应用效果。方法选取2022年8月—2024年8月东营市东营区中心医院收治的65例PMS患者为研究对象,以随机数字表法将其分为对照组和观察组。对照组(n=33)采用雌二醇片/雌二醇地屈孕酮片复合包装治疗,观察组(n=32)在对照组基础上加用坤泰胶囊治疗,两组均连续用药12周。对比两组的症状改善情况、血清性激素水平、生存质量、不良反应发生情况。结果治疗后,观察组Kupperman绝经指数评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组黄体生成素、卵泡生成激素水平均低于对照组,雌二醇水平高于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组更年期生命质量量表中身体症状、血管舒缩症状、性生活症状、社会心理症状评分均低于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组不良反应发生率对比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论坤泰胶囊联合雌二醇片/雌二醇地屈孕酮片复合包装治疗PMS患者可调节激素水平,缓解相关症状,提高生存质量,且安全性好。Objective To explore the application effect of Kuntai capsule combined with estradiol tablets/estradiol and dydrogesterone tablets in patients with perimenopausal syndrome(PMS).Methods A total of 65 PMS patients admitted to Dongying District Central Hospital of Dongying City from August 2022 to August 2024 were selected as the research objects,and they were divided into a control group and an observation group by random number table method.The control group(n=33)was treated with estradiol tablets/estradiol and dydrogesterone tablets in composite packaging,and the observation group(n=32)was treated with Kuntai capsule on the basis of the control group,both groups were treated for 12 weeks.The improvement of symptoms,serum sex hormone levels,quality of life,and occurrence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the Kupperman Menopause Index score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the levels of luteinizing hormone and follicle-generating hormone in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the level of estradiol was higher than that in the control group,the differences between the two groups were statistically significant(P<0.05);the scores of physical symptoms,vasomotor symptoms,sexual symptoms and social psychological symptoms in the Menopausal Quality of Life Scale of the observation group were lower than those of the control group,and the differences between the two groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Kuntai capsule combined with estradiol tablets/estradiol and dydrogesterone tablets in composite packaging in the treatment of PMS can regulate hormone levels,relieve related symptoms,improve quality of life,and has good safety.
