罗伊适应模式护理联合授权教育干预对急性心肌梗死恢复期患者遵医行为及躯体功能的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨罗伊适应模式护理联合授权教育干预对急性心肌梗死(AMI)恢复期患者的影响。方法选择2023年1—9月山东颐养健康集团莱芜中心医院收治的108例AMI恢复期患者为研究对象,按随机数字表法将其分为对照组和观察组,各54例。对照组行常规护理干预,观察组行罗伊适应模式护理联合授权教育干预。比较两组的遵医行为、躯体功能及自护能力。结果观察组总遵医率为96.30%,高于对照组的85.19%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。干预前,两组躯体功能及自护能力比较,组间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);干预后,观察组症状自评量表各项目评分均低于对照组,自护能力量表中各个维度评分均高于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论罗伊适应模式护理联合授权教育干预可有效提高AMI恢复期患者的遵医行为,改善其躯体功能,提高患者自护能力,干预效果显著。Objective To explore the impact of Roy’s adaptation mode nursing combined with authorized education on patients in the recovery period of acute myocardial infarction(AMI).Methods A total of 108 AMI recovery patients admitted to Shandong Yiyang Health Group Laiwu Central Hospital from January to September 2023 were selected as the research subjects,divide them into a control group and an observation group using a random number table method,with 54 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing intervention,while the observation group received Roy’s adaptation mode nursing combined with authorized education intervention.Compare the compliance behavior,physical function,and self-care ability between two groups.Results The total compliance rate of the observation group was 96.30%,which was higher than 85.19%of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Before intervention,there were no statistically significant differences in physical function and self-care ability between the two groups(P>0.05);after intervention,the scores of all inems in the Symptom Check List-90 scores of all items in the observation group were lower than those of the control group,and the scores of all dimensions in the Exercise of Self-Care Agency Scale were higher than those in of the control group,the differences between groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The Roy adaptation model nursing combined with authorized education scores of all dimensions in the intervention can effectively improve the compliance behavior of AMI recovery patients,improve physical function,enhance self-care ability,and the intervention effect is significant.
