医护一体化护理联合分级心理指导对脑血管狭窄介入治疗患者康复效果及心理状态的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨医护一体化护理联合分级心理指导在脑血管狭窄介入治疗患者中的应用效果。方法选择2021年3月—2023年2月于滨州医学院附属医院行脑血管狭窄介入治疗的102例患者为研究对象,按随机数字表法将其分为对照组和观察组,每组51例。两组均行脑血管狭窄介入治疗,在此基础上,对照组采用常规护理,观察组采用医护一体化护理联合分级心理指导,两组均持续护理1周。对比两组患者的康复效果及心理状态。结果观察组的首次排气时间、进食时间、住院时间均短于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。护理后,观察组的焦虑自评量表、抑郁自评量表评分分别为(46.17±3.32)分、(47.12±3.96)分,均低于对照组的(48.46±3.95)分、(50.65±4.11)分,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论医护一体化护理联合分级心理指导能够加快脑血管狭窄介入治疗患者的康复速度,改善其心理状态。Objective To explore the effect of integrated medical and nursing care combined with graded psychological guidance in patients with cerebrovascular stenosis undergoing interventional treatment.Methods A total of 102 cerebrovascular stenosis patients who received interventional treatment in Binzhou Medical College Affiliated Hospital from March 2021 to February 2023 were selected as the research subjects and were divided into a control group and an observation group according to random number table method,with 51 cases in each group.Both groups received interventional treatment for cerebrovascular stenosis,on this basis,the control group was treated with routine nursing,and the observation group was treated with integrated medical and nursing care combined with graded psychological guidance,both groups received continuous care for 1 week.The rehabilitation effect and psychological state of the two groups were compared.Results The first exhaust time,feeding time and hospital stay in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group,and the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).After nursing,the scores of Self-Rating Anxiety Scale and Self-Rating Depression Scale in the observation group were(46.17±3.32)points and(47.12±3.96)points,respectively,which were lower than(48.46±3.95)points and(50.65±4.11)points in the control group,and the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The integrated medical and nursing care combined with graded psychological guidance can accelerate the recovery speed and improve the psychological state of patients with cerebrovascular stenosis undergoing interventional treatment.
