摘 要:目的探讨3PR参与式健康教育联合支持性心理护理干预对慢性乙型肝炎(乙肝)患者健康行为及希望水平的影响。方法选取2021年9月—2023年10月菏泽市传染病医院收治的70例乙肝患者为研究对象,按随机数字表法将其分为对照组和观察组,各35例。对照组行常规护理干预,观察组行3PR参与式健康教育联合支持性心理护理干预。比较两组的健康行为、希望水平及服药依从性。结果干预后,观察组健康行为调查问卷中各项评分均高于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组Herth希望量表中现实和未来的积极态度评分为(11.54±1.62)分,采取积极的行动评分为(10.98±1.54)分,与他人保持亲密的关系评分为(11.63±1.71)分,均高于对照组的(8.63±1.47)分、(8.41±1.39)分、(8.79±1.52)分,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组服药依从性高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论3PR参与式健康教育联合支持性心理干预能提高乙肝患者希望水平及服药依从性,促进其养成健康行为方式。Objective To explore the effect of 3PR participatory health education combined with supportive psychological nursing intervention on health behavior and hope level of patients with chronic hepatitis B(hepatitis B).Methods A total of 70 patients with hepatitis B admitted to Heze Infectious Disease Hospital from September 2021 to October 2023 were selected as the research objects,they were divided into a control group and an observation group according to the random number table method,with 35 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing intervention,while the observation group received 3PR participatory health education combined with supportive psychological nursing intervention.The health behavior,hope level and medication compliance were compared between the two groups.Results After intervention,the scores of all items in the health behavior questionnaire of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,and the differences between the two groups were statistically significant(P<0.05);in Herth Hope Index,the scores of positive attitude of reality and future,taking positive action and keeping close relationship with others in observation group were(11.54±1.62)points,(10.98±1.54)points and(11.63±1.71)points respectively,which were higher than(8.63±1.47)points,(8.41±1.39)points,(8.79±1.52)points of the control group,the differences between the two groups were statistically significant(P<0.05);the medication compliance of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion 3PR participatory health education combined with supportive psychological intervention can improve the hope level and medication compliance of patients with hepatitis B,and promote them to develop healthy behavior.
