中药饮片包装与贮藏养护技术的研究进展

摘　　要：中药饮片包装与贮藏养护技术相较于饮片本身,一直未受到充分重视,整体研究滞后,关键技术水平较落后,缺乏明确的中药饮片分类贮藏条件、统一的技术标准和操作规程,且保质期规定亦一直缺失,也尚未建立起饮片包装贮藏环节的质量追溯体系。本研究在整理和分析中药饮片的包装与贮藏养护技术的研究现状的基础上,剖析目前存在的关键问题,并提出下一步的科学发展策略。为全面提升中国中药饮片的质量,本研究提出引入现代食品包装新材料、新技术,结合贮藏养护技术,开发绿色、环保、经济的新型中药饮片包装材料及贮藏养护技术,同时加快智能中药饮片贮藏养护技术及设备的研发和使用,从而制定科学的中药饮片包装与贮藏养护技术标准及质量追溯体系。The packaging and storage preservation techniques for traditional Chinese medicine decoction pieces have not received sufficient attention compared to the decoction pieces themselves.Overall research in this area lags behind,with relatively backward key technologies.There is a lack of clear classification and storage conditions,unified technical standards and operating procedures for traditional Chinese medicine decoction pieces.Additionally,there has been a long-standing absence of expiration date regulations,and a quality traceability system for the packaging and storage of decoction pieces has yet to be established.Based on a review and analysis of the current research status of packaging and storage preservation techniques for traditional Chinese medicine decoction pieces,this study delves into the key issues present and proposes scientific development strategies for the next steps.To comprehensively enhance the quality of traditional Chinese medicine decoction pieces in China,this study suggests introducing modern new materials and technologies from food packaging,combined with storage preservation techniques,to develop green,environmentally friendly,and economical new packaging materials and storage preservation techniques for traditional Chinese medicine decoction pieces.Meanwhile,the research and application of intelligent storage preservation technologies and equipment for traditional Chinese medicine decoction pieces should be accelerated,thereby establishing scientific technical standards and a quality traceability system for the packaging and storage preservation of traditional Chinese medicine decoction pieces.
