摘  要:目的:研究莲须的化学成分。方法:采用正相硅胶、ODS和半制备等色谱技术对莲须的甲醇提取物进行分离纯化,并根据波谱数据进行结构鉴定。结果:从莲须甲醇提取物中分离得到13个萜类化合物,分别鉴定为:2-(2,3-dihydroxypentyl)-3-methylcyclopent-2-enone(1)、9β,19-cyclopregnane-3β,20R-diol(2)、吐叶醇(3)、(2R,4S)-p-menth-1-ene-2-O-β-D-glucopyranoside(4)、蚱蜢酮(5)、25,26,27-trisnor-3β,24-dihydroxycycloartane(6)、macrostachyoside A(7)、(23E)-9,19-cycloart-23,25-dien-3β-ol(8)、28,29-bis-norcycloartane-3β,4α-diol(9)、amooratsanol A(10)、(17E)-cycloart-17,26-dien-3β-ol(11)、环阿尔廷-25-烯-3β,24-二醇(12)和macrostachyoside B(13)。结论:其中,化合物1和2为新天然产物,化合物3~11为首次从莲属植物中分离得到。Objective:To study the chemical constituents of Nelumbinis Stamen.Methods:The compounds from the methanol ex-tract of Nelumbinis Stamen were isolated and purified by silica gel,ODS,semi-preparative HPLC and other techniques.The structures were identified by spectral data.Results:Thirteen compounds were isolated from the methanol extract of Nelumbinis Stamen and identi-fied as 2-(2,3-dihydroxypentyl)-3-methylcyclopent-2-enone(1),9β,19-cyclopregnane-3β,20R-diol(2),vomifoliol(3),(2R,4S)-p-menth-1-ene-2-O-β-D-glucopyranoside(4),grasshopper ketone(5),25,26,27-trisnor-3β,24-dihydroxycycloartane(6),macrostachyo-side A(7),(23E)-9,19-cycloart-23,25-dien-3β-ol(8),28,29-bis-norcycloartane-3β,4α-diol(9),amooratsanol A(10),(17E)-cyclo-art-17,26-dien-3β-ol(11),cycloart-25-ene-3β,24-diol(12),macrostachyoside B(13),respectively.Conclusion:Among them,com-pounds 1,2 are new natural products,compounds 3 to 11 are isolated from Nelumbo for the first time.
