摘 要:目的:研究龙胆科肋柱花属植物辐状肋柱花Lomatogonium rotatum(L.) Fries ex Nym.的化学成分。方法:利用多种柱色谱方法和制备液相色谱对辐状肋柱花的醇提物进行分离纯化,并运用波谱技术鉴定化合物结构。结果:从辐状肋柱花中分离得到30个化合物,分别鉴定为:木犀草素(1)、6-hydroxyluteolin(2)、海波拉亭-7-O-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖苷(3)、三粒小麦黄酮(4)、1-羟基-3,7,8-三甲氧基(口山)酮(5)、木犀草素-3′-O-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖苷(6)、luteolin-4′-O-β-D-glucopyranoside(7)、1,3,5,8-四羟基-5,6,7,8-4H-(口山)酮(8)、1,3,5-三羟基(口山)酮(9)、isoscutellarein-7-O-β-D-glucopyranoside(10)、含珠藓黄酮(11)、dennettine(12)、当药黄素(13)、tetrasweroside A(14)、1-羟基-3,5,8-三甲氧基(口山)酮(15)、1,3,8-三羟基-2,5-二甲氧基(口山)酮(16)、山柰酚-3-O-β-D-刺槐双糖苷(17)、对羟基苯甲醛(18)、东莨菪素(19)、5,3′,4′-三羟基-7-甲氧基黄酮(20)、corymbiferin-3-O-β-D-glucopyranoside(21)、木犀草素-5-O-β-D-葡萄糖苷(22)、木犀草素-7-O-葡萄糖苷(23)、异牡荆苷(24)、carinoside C(25)、syringaresinol mono-β-D-glucoside(26)、6-O-[β-D-xylopyranosyl-(1→6)-O-β-D-glucopyranosyl]-1,4,8-trimethoxyxanthone(27)、carinoside B(28)、香草醛(29)、对羟基苯乙酮(30)。结论:其中,化合物2、6、9~12、17、18、20为首次从肋柱花属植物中分离得到,化合物14、16、25、28~30为首次从辐状肋柱花中分离得到。Objective:To study the chemical constituents of Lomatogonium rotatum.Methods:The compounds from the ethanol ex-tract of Lomatogonium rotatum were isolated and purified by column chromatography and preparative liquid chromatography,the struc-tures of the compounds were identified by spectroscopic technique.Results:Thirty compounds were isolated from Lomatogonium rotatum and identified as luteolin(1),6-hydroxyluteolin(2),hypolaetin-7-O-β-D-glucopyranoside(3),tricetin(4),1-hydroxyl-3,7,8-trime-thoxyxanthone(5),luteolin-3′-O-β-D-glucopyranoside(6),luteolin-4′-O-β-D-glucopyranoside(7),1,3,5,8-tetrahydroxy-5,6,7,8-4H-xanthone(8),1,3,5-trihydroxyxanthone(9),isoscutellarein-7-O-β-D-glucopyranoside(10),philonotisflavone(11),dennettine(12),swertisin(13),tetrasweroside A(14),1-hydroxyl-3,5,8-trimethoxyxanthone(15),1,3,8-trihydroxy-2,5-dimethoxyxanthone(16),kaempferol-3-O-β-D-robinobioside(17),p-hydroxybenzaldehyde(18),scopoletin(19),5,3′,4′-trihydroxy-7-methoxyflavone(20),corymbiferin-3-O-β-D-glucopyranoside(21),luteolin-5-O-β-D-glucoside(22),luteolin-7-O-glucoside(23),isovitexin(24),carinoside C(25),syringaresinol mono-β-D-glucoside(26),6-O-[β-D-xylopyranosyl-(1→6)-O-β-D-glucopyranosyl]-1,4,8-trimethoxyxanthone(27),carinoside B(28),vanillin(29),p-hydroxyacetophenone(30),respectively.Conclusion:Among them,compounds 2,6,9 to 12,17,18,20 are isolated from Pleurostyla for the first time,compounds 14,16,25,28 to 30 are isolated from Lomatogonium rotatum for the first time.
