槐耳颗粒联合阳和汤加减治疗阳虚寒凝型肉芽肿性小叶性乳腺炎患者的应用效果

摘　　要：目的探讨槐耳颗粒联合阳和汤加减在阳虚寒凝型肉芽肿性小叶性乳腺炎(GLM)患者中的应用价值。方法选取2022年9月—2023年12月浙江省中医院收治的70例阳虚寒凝型GLM患者为研究对象,按随机数字表法将其分为对照组(n=25)和观察组(n=45)。对照组采用阳和汤加减治疗,观察组在对照组的基础上采用槐耳颗粒治疗,两组均持续治疗6个月。比较两组的临床症状积分、临床疗效、血清炎症、免疫指标。结果观察组治疗总有效率为100.00%,高于对照组的83.33%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组肿块直径、肤色、疼痛严重程度积分均低于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组白细胞、C反应蛋白、白细胞介素-2、白细胞介素-4、白细胞介素-6、免疫球蛋白A、免疫球蛋白G、免疫球蛋白M水平均低于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论槐耳颗粒联合阳和汤加减治疗阳虚寒凝型GLM患者可提高治疗效果,减轻患者的临床症状,降低炎症水平,并改善其免疫功能。Objective To explore the application value of Huaier Granules combined with modified Yanghe Decoction in patients with granulomatous lobular mastitis(GLM)of yang-deficiency and cold-coagulation type.Methods Seventy patients with GLM of yang-deficiency and cold-coagulation type admitted to Zhejiang Provincial Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from September 2022 to December 2023 were selected as the research subjects,they were divided into a control group(n=25)and an observation group(n=45)according to the random number table method.The control group was treated with modified Yanghe Decoction,and the observation group was treated with Huaier Granules on the basis of the treatment in the control group,both groups were treated continuously for 6 months.The clinical symptom scores,clinical efficacy,serum inflammatory and immune indicators of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was 100.00%,which was higher than 83.33%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the scores of mass diameter,skin color,and pain severity in the observation group were all lower than those in the control group,and the differences between the two groups were statistically significant(P<0.05);the levels of white blood cells,C-reactive protein,interleukin-2,interleukin-4,interleukin-6,immunoglobulin A,immunoglobulin G,and immunoglobulin M in the observation group were all lower than those in the control group,and the differences between the two groups were statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion Huaier Granules combined with modified Yanghe Decoction can improve the treatment effect of GLM of yang-deficiency and cold-coagulation type, alleviate the clinical symptoms of patients, reduce the inflammatory level, and improve their immune function.
