耳穴压豆联合低频脉冲治疗仪治疗对产后缺乳患者泌乳量的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨耳穴压豆联合低频脉冲治疗仪治疗对产后缺乳患者的影响。方法选取金乡县人民医院2021年3月—2024年3月收治的80例产后缺乳患者为研究对象,按照随机数字表法将其分为对照组和观察组,每组40例。对照组采用常规治疗,观察组在对照组基础上采用耳穴压豆联合低频脉冲治疗仪治疗,两组均连续治疗7 d。对比两组患者的泌乳情况、心理状态及生活质量。结果治疗后,观察组血清泌乳素高于对照组,泌乳量多于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组爱丁堡产后抑郁量表中的抑郁评分、情感缺失评分、焦虑评分及总分均低于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组健康状况调查问卷中的生理职能评分、心理健康评分、精神健康评分、生理功能评分均高于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在产后缺乳患者中实施耳穴压豆联合低频脉冲治疗仪治疗的效果显著,可促进患者的心理状态改善,增多泌乳量,提高生活质量。Objective To explore the effect of auricular point compression bean combined with low frequency pulse therapy instrument on postpartum patients with lactation deficiency.Methods Eighty postpartum patients with lactation deficiency admitted to Jinxiang County People's Hospital from March 2021 to March 2024 were selected as the research objects,and were divided into a control group and an observation group according to random number table method,with 40 cases in each group.The control group was treated with conventional treatment,and the observation group was treated with auricular point compression bean combined with low frequency pulse therapy instrument on the basis of the control group,both groups were treated for 7 days continuously.Lactation status,psychological state and quality of life were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the serum prolactin in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the lactation volume was more than that in the control group,the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05);the scores of depression,affective deficit,anxiety and total scores in the Edinburgh Postnatal Depression Scale of the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05);the physiological function scores,mental health scores,mental health scores and physiological function scores in the 36-item Short Form Health Surve of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,and the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion In postpartum patients with lactation deficiency,the auricular point compression bean combined with low frequency pulse therapy instrument has remarkable therapeutic effect,which can promote the improvement of patients’psychological state,increase lactation volume and improve the quality of life.
