知柏地黄汤加减联合醋酸曲普瑞林治疗对阴虚火旺型性早熟女性患儿的发育情况及性激素水平的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨阴虚火旺型性早熟女性患儿使用知柏地黄汤加减联合醋酸曲普瑞林治疗对其发育情况和性激素水平的影响。方法选取徐州市铜山区人民医院2020年2月—2023年12月收治的62例阴虚火旺型性早熟女性患儿为研究对象,根据随机数字表法将其分为对照组和观察组,每组31例。对照组采用醋酸曲普瑞林治疗,观察组在对照组的基础上联合知柏地黄汤加减治疗,两组均连续治疗6个月。比较两组患者的临床疗效、发育情况及性激素水平。结果观察组治疗总有效率为96.77%,高于对照组的74.19%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组子宫体积、卵巢容积均小于对照组,卵泡最大直径短于对照组,骨龄指数低于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组雌二醇、血清卵泡刺激素、黄体生成素水平均低于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在阴虚火旺型性早熟女性患儿治疗中,在醋酸曲普瑞林治疗的基础上联合知柏地黄汤加减治疗,可缩小患儿的子宫体积和卵巢容积,使患儿的骨龄指数下降,减小患儿的卵泡最大直径,调节女童的性激素水平,提高治疗效率。Objective To investigate the effects of modified Zhibai Dihuang decoction plus and minus combined with triprerelin acetate on the development and sex hormone levels of female children with precocious puberty due to Yin deficiency and fire abundance.Methods A total of 62 female children with precocious puberty with Yin deficiency and fire excess type admitted to Tongshan District People's Hospital of Xuzhou City from February 2020 to December 2023 were selected as the research objects,according to the ramdom number table method,they were divided into a control group and an observation group,with 31 cases in each group.The control group was treated with triprerelin acetate,and the observation group was treated with modified Zhibai Dihuang decoction on the basis of the control group,both groups were treated for 6 months.The clinical efficacy,development and sex hormone levels of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 96.77%,which was higher than 74.19%of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the uterine volume and ovarian volume of the observation group were smaller than those of the control group,the maximum follicle diameter was shorter than that of the control group,and the bone age index was lower than that of the control group,and the differences between the groups were statistical significance(P<0.05);the levels of estradiol,serum follicle stimulating hormone and luteinizing hormone in the observation the group were lower than those in the control group, and the differences between the groups were statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion In the treatment of female children with precocious puberty due to Yin deficiency and fire flourish, triprerelin acetate combined with modified Zhibai Dihuang decoction can reduce the uterine volume and ovarian volume of the children, reduce the bone age index of the children, reduce the maximum diameter of the follicles of the children, adjust the sex hormone level of th
