逐瘀止血汤加减治疗对血瘀型崩漏患者性激素水平的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨逐瘀止血汤加减治疗对血瘀型崩漏患者性激素水平的影响。方法选取南通市通州区中医院2019年1月—2024年6月收治的84例血瘀型崩漏患者为研究对象,按随机数字表法将其分为对照组(n=42)和观察组(n=42)。对照组患者给予常规西药治疗,观察组患者在对照组基础上给予逐瘀止血汤加减治疗,两组患者均持续治疗10 d。比较两组的临床疗效、出血控制情况、中医证候积分、性激素水平。结果观察组治疗总有效率为97.62%,高于对照组的80.95%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组出血控制、完全止血时间均短于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗10 d后,观察组血量多且淋漓不尽、经血非时而下、小腹坠胀、腰酸膝软、神疲乏力、气短懒言评分均低于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组促黄体生成素、卵泡刺激素、孕酮、雌二醇水平均高于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对血瘀型崩漏患者给予逐瘀止血汤加减治疗的疗效可靠,可改善患者症状,调节性激素水平。Objective To explore the effect of modified Zhuyu Zhixue decoction on the sex hormone levels of patients with metrorrhagia and metrostaxis of blood-stasis type.Methods A total of 84 patients with metrorrhagia and metrostaxis of blood-stasis type admitted to Tongzhou District Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine in Nantong from January 2019 to June 2024 were selected as the research objects,they were divided into a control group(n=42)and an observation group(n=42)according to the random number table method.Patients in the control group were treated with conventional Western medicine,while those in the observation group were given modified Zhuyu Zhixue decoction on the basis of the treatment in the control group,both groups were treated continuously for 10 days.The clinical efficacy,bleeding control,Traditional Chinese Medicine syndrome scores,and sex hormone levels were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was 97.62%,which was higher than 80.95%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The time for bleeding control and complete hemostasis in the observation group were shorter than those of the control group,and the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).After 10 days of treatment,the scores of heavy and continuous bleeding,abnormal menstrual bleeding,lower abdominal distension,soreness of the waist and knees,fatigue,shortness of breath and reluctance to talk in the observation group were all lower than those in the control group,and the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05);the levels of luteinizing hormone,folliclestimulating hormone,progesterone,and estradiol in the observation group were all higher than those in the control group,and the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The treatment of patients with metrorrhagia and metrostaxis of blood-stasis type using modified Zhuyu Zhixue decoction has reliabl
