骨伤膏药粉热奄包治疗对气滞血瘀型急性踝关节扭伤患者疼痛程度及踝关节肿胀程度的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨骨伤膏药粉热奄包在气滞血瘀型急性踝关节扭伤患者中的应用价值。方法选取2022年4月—2024年4月北京市丰台区中医医院收治的152例气滞血瘀型急性踝关节扭伤患者为研究对象,采用掷币法将其分为对照组(n=76)和观察组(n=76)。对照组采用氟比洛芬凝胶贴膏治疗,观察组采用骨伤膏药粉热奄包治疗,两组均持续治疗1周。对比两组的临床疗效、疼痛程度、踝关节肿胀程度、踝关节功能、不良反应发生情况。结果观察组治疗总有效率为93.42%,高于对照组的82.89%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后1周、2周,观察组疼痛视觉模拟评分均低于对照组,踝关节肿胀程度均小于对照组,美国矫形外科足踝协会评分量表评分均高于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组不良反应发生率对比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论骨伤膏药粉热奄包治疗气滞血瘀型急性踝关节扭伤患者的效果确切,可减轻患者疼痛及肿胀程度,改善踝关节功能,安全性较好。Objective To explore the application value of hot compress packs with orthopedic plaster powder in patients with acute ankle sprains of the qi-stagnation and blood-stasis type.Methods A total of 152 patients with acute ankle sprain of qi-stagnation and blood-stasis type admitted to Fengtai Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine in Beijing from April 2022 to April 2024 were selected as the research subjects,they were divided into a control group(n=76)and an observation group(n=76)by coin-tossing method.The control group was treated with flurbiprofen gel patches,while the observation group was treated with hot compress packs with orthopedic plaster powder,both groups were treated continuously for 1 week.The clinical efficacy,pain degree,ankle joint swelling degree,ankle joint function,and occurrence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was 93.42%,which was higher than 82.89%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).One week and two weeks of after treatment,the Visual Analogue Scale scores for pain in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,the degrees of ankle joint swelling were less than those in the control group,and the scores on the American Orthopaedic Foot and Ankle Society scoring scale were higher than those in the control group,and the differences between the two groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).When comparing the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups,there was no statistically significant difference(P>0.05).Conclusion The hot compress pack with orthopedic plaster powder in patiens has a definite effect in treating acute ankle sprains of the qi-stagnation and blood-stasis type,it can relieve the pain and swelling of patients,improve the function of the ankle joint,and has good safety.
