摘　　要：目的分析心理干预联合心脏康复训练对非阻塞性冠状动脉缺血患者治疗依从性、心理状态及生活质量的影响。方法选取包头医学院第二附属医院2023年2月—2024年2月收治的60例非阻塞性冠状动脉缺血患者为研究对象,采用随机数字表法将其分为对照组和观察组,各30例。对照组采用心脏康复训练治疗,观察组在对照组基础上联合心理干预治疗。比较两组的心理状态、治疗依从性、生活质量及护理满意度。结果治疗后,观察组焦虑自评量表、抑郁自评量表评分均低于对照组,健康调查简表中各个维度评分均高于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组治疗依从性量表评分为(76.74±5.84)分,护理满意度调查问卷评分为(97.16±7.49)分,均高于对照组的(55.67±4.14)分、(88.54±7.01)分,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对非阻塞性冠状动脉缺血患者进行心理干预联合心脏康复训练,可以改善患者的治疗依从性、心理状态,提高生活质量,建议在临床推广。Objective To analyze the effects of psychological intervention combined with cardiac rehabilitation training on treatment compliance,psychological status and quality of life in patients with non-obstructive coronary artery ischemia.Methods A total of 60 patients with non-obstructive coronary artery ischemia admitted to the Second Affiliated Hospital of Baotou Medical College from February 2023 to February 2024 were selected,they were divided into control group and observation group by random number table method.The control group were treated with cardiac rehabilitation training,and the observation group were treated with a combination of psychological intervention on the basis of the control group.The psychological state,treatment compliance,quality of life and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the scores of Self-Rating Anxiety Scale and Self-Rating Depression Scale in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the scores of all dimensions in the 36-item Short-Form health survey were higher than those in the control group,and the differences between the two groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).The treatment compliance scale score and nursing satisfaction questionnaire score of the observation group were(76.74±5.84)and(97.16±7.49),which were higher than(55.67±4.14)and(88.54±7.01)of the control group,and the differences between the two groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Psychological intervention combined with cardiac rehabilitation training for patients with non-obstructive coronary artery ischemia can improve patients'treatment compliance, psychological state and quality of life, which is recommended for clinical promotion.
