盐酸氨溴索静滴联合布地奈德雾化吸入对支气管肺炎患儿症状改善情况及炎症因子水平的影响

摘　　要：目的分析盐酸氨溴索静滴联合布地奈德雾化吸入对支气管肺炎患儿症状改善情况及炎症因子水平的影响。方法选取枣庄市峄城区人民医院2021年6月—2024年8月收治的150例支气管肺炎患儿为研究对象,采用掷币法将其分为对照组和观察组,每组75例。对照组采用盐酸氨溴索静滴治疗,观察组在对照组基础上联合布地奈德雾化吸入治疗。比较两组的症状改善情况、炎症因子水平、肺功能、不良反应发生情况。结果治疗后,观察组发热、咳嗽、气促、湿啰音改善时间均短于对照组,白细胞介素-6、肿瘤坏死因子-α、降钙素原、C反应蛋白水平均低于对照组,用力肺活量、第1秒用力呼吸容积均大于对照组,呼气流量峰值高于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论盐酸氨溴索静滴联合布地奈德雾化吸入治疗支气管肺炎患儿,可有效减轻患儿的临床症状,改善炎症因子水平及肺功能,且未明显增加不良反应,安全性高。Objective To analyze the effects of ambroxol hydrochloride drops combined with budesonide atomizing inhalation on improvement of symptoms and levels of inflammatory factors in children with bronchopneumonia.Methods A total of 150 children with bronchoppneumonia treated in Yicheng District People’s Hospital of Zaozhuang City from June 2021 to August 2024 were selected as the research objects,by coin toss method,they were divided into a control group and an observation group,with 75 cases in each group.The control group was treated with ambroxol hydrochloride drops,and the observation group was treated with budesonide atomizing inhalation on the basis of the control group.The improvement of symptoms,levels of inflammatory factors,lung function and occurrence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the improvement time of fever,cough,shortness of breath and wet rale in observation group were shorter than those of the control group,the levels of interleukin-6,tumor necrosis factor-α,procalcitonin and C-reactive protein were lower than those in the control group,forced vital capacity and forced expiratory volume in the first second were greater than those of the control group,peak expiratory flow was higher than that in the control group,the differences between the groups were statistical significance(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Ambroxol hydrochloride drops combined with budesonide atomizing inhalation in the treatment of children with bronchial pneumonia can effectively reduce clinical symptoms,improve the level of inflammatory factors and lung function,and do not significantly increase adverse reactions,with high safety.
