中药封包联合穴位贴敷对中风后偏瘫患者肢体运动功能的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨在中风后偏瘫患者中应用中药封包联合穴位贴敷的效果。方法选取2023年8月—2024年1月菏泽市中医医院收治的60例中风后偏瘫患者为研究对象,采用随机数字表法将其分为对照组和观察组,各30例。对照组采用常规药物治疗和康复训练干预,观察组在对照组基础上采用中药封包联合穴位贴敷干预,两组均连续干预12周。比较两组的肢体运动功能、平衡功能、日常生活能力和生活质量。结果干预12周后,两组Fugl-Meyer运动功能评定量表中上肢、下肢评分均高于干预前,且观察组均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组Berg平衡量表、Barthel指数、脑卒中专用生活质量量表评分均高于干预前,且观察组均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论采用中药封包联合穴位贴敷对中风后偏瘫患者进行干预,可有效改善其肢体运动功能、平衡功能及日常生活能力,提高生活质量。Objective Exploring the effect of using traditional Chinese medicine packaging combined with acupoint application in post-stroke hemiplegic patients.Methods Selecting 60 post-stroke hemiplegic patients admitted to the Heze Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital from August 2023 to January 2024 as the research subjects,using a random number table method,they were divided into a control group and an observation group,with 30 cases in each group.The control group received conventional drug treatment and rehabilitation training intervention,while the observation group received traditional Chinese medicine packaging combined with acupoint application intervention on the basis of the control group,both groups were intervened continuously for 12 weeks.Compare the limb motor function,balance function,activities of daily living ability,and quality of life between the two groups.Results After 12 weeks of intervention,the Fugl-Meyer Assessment Scale scores for both upper and lower limbs were higher than those before the intervention,and the observation group were higher than those of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05);the Berg Balance Scale,Barthel Index,and Stroke Specific Quality of Life Scale scores in both groups were higher than those before the intervention,and the observation group were higher than those of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The use of traditional Chinese medicine packaging combined with acupoint application for intervention in post-stroke hemiplegic patients can effectively improve their limb movement function,balance function,and daily living ability,and enhance their quality of life.
