摘　　要：目的探讨红光治疗仪辅助治疗对肛周脓肿术后患者创面疼痛程度消失及血清炎性因子的影响。方法选择聊城市人民医院2022年3月—2023年10月收治的98例肛周脓肿术后患者为研究对象,以随机数字表法将其分为对照组和观察组,每组49例。对照组采用常规治疗措施,观察组在对照组基础上采用红光治疗仪进行治疗,两组均持续治疗1周。对比两组的肛周水肿程度、创面疼痛程度、血清炎性因子、症状消失时间、排尿情况、便秘情况。结果治疗后,两组肛周水肿肿量化指标、疼痛视觉模拟评分均低于治疗前,且观察组均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组白细胞介素-6、白细胞介素-8、肿瘤坏死因子-α、C反应蛋白水平均低于治疗前,且观察组均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组创面愈合、疼痛消失、水肿消失时间均短于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组排尿功能障碍症状量表、便秘患者症状自评量表评分均低于治疗前,且观察组均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论红光治疗仪辅助治疗能有效减轻肛周脓肿术后患者的肛周水肿及创面疼痛程度,降低血清炎性因子水平,促进临床症状缓解,改善排尿及便秘情况。Objective To explore the effect of red light therapy device on postoperative degree of wound pain and serum inflammatory factors in patients with perianal abscess.Methods A total of 98 postoperative patients with perianal abscess admitted to Liaocheng People's Hospital from March 2022 to October 2023 were selected as the research subjects,divide them into a control group and an observation group using a random number table method,with 49 cases in each group.The control group received routine treatment measures,while the observation group received treatment with a red light therapy device on the basis of the control group,both groups were continuous treatment for one week.Comparing the degree of perianal edema,degree of wound pain,serum inflammatory factors,symptom resolution time,urination status,and constipation between the two groups.Results After treatment,the quantitative indicators of perianal edema,Visual Analogue Scale for pain in both groups were lower than those before treatment,and the observation group were lower than those of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05);two groups of Interleukin-6,Interleukin-8,Tumor Necrosis Factor-α,C-reactive Proteinlevels were lower than those before treatment,and the observation group were lower than those of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05);the observation group had a shorter time for wound healing,pain disappearance,and edema disappearance compared to the control group,the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05);the scores of the Symptom Scale of Voiding Dysfunction and Symptom Self-rating scale of Constipation Patients in both groups were lower than those before treatment,and the observation group were lower than those of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The use of red light therapy device can effectively alleviate postoperative perianal edema and degree of wound pain in patients with perianal abscess, reduce ser
