独活寄生汤联合小针刀疗法在膝关节骨性关节炎患者中的应用效果

摘　　要：目的探讨独活寄生汤联合小针刀疗法治疗膝骨性关节炎患者的临床效果。方法选择高邮市妇幼保健院及高邮市卸甲中心卫生院2023年1月—2024年8月诊治的膝骨性关节炎患者88例,以随机数字表分为对照组(n=44)予以常规治疗,观察组(n=44)予以独活寄生汤联合小针刀干预。比较两组治疗效果,评估治疗前后关节功能及炎症状态。结果观察组治疗总有效率较对照组高(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组疼痛(2.04±0.65)分、僵硬(1.77±0.34)分、日常活动能力(12.33±2.41)分,均较对照组的(4.12±1.18)分、(3.15±0.63)分、(19.15±4.26)分低(P<0.05);肿瘤坏死因子-α(46.24±7.32)ng/L、白细胞介素-6(25.86±4.47)ng/L,均低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论独活寄生汤联合小针刀治疗膝骨性关节炎的效果确切,可改善患者膝关节功能,并减轻炎症反应。Objective To explore the clinical effect of Duhou Jisheng decoction combined with small needle knife therapy in the treatment of patients with knee osteoarthritis.Methods A total of 88 patients with knee osteoarthritis were diagnosed and treated in Gaoyou Maternal and Child Health Hospital and Gaoyou Nail Removal Center Health Center from January 2023 to August 2024.They were divided into control group(n=44)by random number table to receive routine treatment,and observation group(n=44)to receive Duhuo Jisheng decoction combined with small needle knife intervention.The therapeutic effect of the two groups was compared,and the joint function and inflammation status were evaluated before and after treatment.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,pain(2.04±0.65)score,stiffness(1.77±0.34)score and daily activity ability(12.33±2.41)score in observation group were lower than those in control group(4.12±1.18)score,(3.15±0.63)score and(19.15±4.26)score(P<0.05).Tumor necrosis factor-α(46.24±7.32)ng/L and interleukin-6(25.86±4.47)ng/L were lower than those in control group(P<0.05).Conclusion For knee osteoarthritis,the treatment of Duhou Jisheng decoction combined with small needle knife has an accurate effect,which can improve the function of the knee joint and reduce the inflammatory reaction.
