摘 要:目的探讨多功能鸟巢式护理联合白噪声干预对早产儿的影响。方法选取2021年5月—2023年6月聊城市人民医院收治的84例早产儿为研究对象,按照随机数字表法将其分为对照组与观察组,各42例。对照组采用常规护理干预,观察组在对照组的基础上采用多功能鸟巢式护理联合白噪声干预,两组均干预1个月。比较两组患者的临床相关指标、生长发育及神经行为发育情况。结果观察组体温波动幅度小于对照组,每日睡眠时间长于对照组,每日奶量增加量及每日排便次数均多于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。出生后2周及4周,观察组头围均长于对照组,身高均高于对照组,体质量均重于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。干预后,新生儿神经行为量表中各个维度评分均高于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论多功能鸟巢式护理联合白噪声干预应用于早产儿护理中,可有效维持早产儿体温,改善睡眠质量及胃肠功能,并对其生长及神经行为发育起到促进作用。Objective To explore the effect of multifunctional bird’s nest nursing combined with white noise intervention on premature infants.Methods A total of 84 preterm infants admitted to our hospital from May 2021 to June 2023 were selected as the research objects,and were divided into a control group and an observation group according to random number table method,with 42 cases in each group.The control group was treated with routine nursing intervention,while the observation group was treated with multifunctional bird’s nest nursing and white noise combined intervention on the basis of the control group,both groups were treated for 1 month.The clinical indicators,growth and neurobehavioral development of the two groups were compared.Results The fluctuation range of body temperature in the observation group was smaller than that in the control group,the daily sleep time was longer than that in the control group,the increase of daily milk volume and the number of daily defecation were higher than those in the control group,and the differences between the two groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).At 2 weeks and 4 weeks after birth,the head circumference of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,the height were higher than those of the control group,the body weight were higher than those of the control group,and the differences between the two groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).After intervention,the scores of all dimensions in the Neonatal Behavioral Neurological Assessment were higher than those in the control group,and the differences between the two groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The combination of multifunctional bird’s nest nursing and white noise intervention in the care of premature infants can effectively maintain their body temperature,improve sleep quality and gastrointestinal function,and promote their growth and neurobehavioral development.
