摘  要:随着汽车用钢需求量的增长和商用车轻量化的发展需求,柳钢基于多年的汽车用钢市场服务经验,针对周边重要汽车企业的个性化需求开展了高强汽车大梁板590L的开发。通过工业试验并结合产品试验结果,摸索并制定出适合柳钢2 032 mm生产线的轧制工艺参数。介绍了汽车大梁用钢590L热轧卷板的生产工艺设计和产品开发过程,590L的成分设计采用低碳,低锰,加铌、钛微合金元素工艺,综合现有轧制设备能力及特点,通过控制合理的轧制和冷却工艺,在加热、粗轧、精轧和卷取温度分别为1 260℃、1 080℃、860℃和580℃的工艺条件下,获得了良好的晶粒组织、强韧性和低温冲击性能,产品晶粒度达到11级以上、带状组织不大于2.0级、延伸率在22.0%以上、-20℃冲击功平均达到91.83 J,在不同的弯心直径下(d=1.5a,d=1.0a,d=0.5a),冷弯试样没有任何裂纹痕迹;同时通过优化计划排程和轧线二级厚度控制模型、优化加热炉气氛和立辊、优化卷取区域设备控制精度、提高轧后冷却均匀性等措施,产品尺寸精度、表面质量、卷形和板形等质量指标得到了大幅提高。With the increasing demand for automotive steel and the development demand for lightweight commercial vehicles,Liugang has developed a high-strength automotive beam plate of 590L based on years of service experience in the automotive steel market,targeting the personalized needs of important automotive enterprises in the surrounding area.Through industrial experiments and combined with product test results,the most suitable rolling process parameters for the 2032 mm production line of Liugang were explored and formulated.This article introduces the production process design and product development process of 590L hot-rolled coil plate for automotive beam at Liugang.The composition design of 590L at Liugang adopts low-carbon and low manganese,with niobium and titanium microalloying elements added.Based on the existing rolling equipment capabilities and characteristics,by controlling reasonable rolling and cooling processes,good grain structure,strength and toughness,and low-temperature impact performance were obtained under heating,rough rolling,finishing rolling,and coiling temperatures of 1260℃,1080℃,860℃,and 580℃,respectively.The product grain size reached level 11 or above,the strip structure should not exceed level 2.0,the elongation rate was above 22.0%,and the average impact energy at-20℃reached 91.83 J.In different processes,Under the bending center diameter(d=1.5 a,d=1.0 a,d=0.5 a),there are no crack marks on the cold-formed specimen;At the same time,by optimizing the planning schedule and the secondary thickness control model of the rolling line,optimizing the heating furnace atmosphere and vertical rollers,optimizing the control accuracy of equipment in the coiling area,and improving the uniformity of cooling after rolling,the quality indicators of product size accuracy,surface quality,coil shape and plate shape have been greatly improved.
