摘 要:为探索池塘吊笼养殖梨形环棱螺生长的最佳密度,选择5日龄、平均体质量为0.11~0.14 g的梨形环棱螺幼螺,设置300,400,500,600和700颗/笼(180,240,300,360和420 g/m^(2))的密度组,将其分别放入饲养笼,封闭后吊养于池塘水面;每隔10 d测量其体质量、存活率等生长指标。结果表明,经过60 d的养殖,各密度组幼螺体质量均有增长,300颗/笼组平均单颗环棱螺质量增加(1.46±0.16)g,质量增加效果显著(P<0.05);各密度组之间的存活率差异不显著(P>0.05)。To explore the optimal density for the growth of suspending net cage culture of Bellamya purificata in the pond.An average weight of 0.11-0.14 g within 5 days of age juvenile Bellamya purificata were net cage cultured at different stocking densities about 180,240,300,360 and 420 g/m^(2).Suspended net cage on the pond surface and measured the weight and survival rate of the Bellamya purificata every 10 days.The body weight of juvenile Bellamya purificata in each group increased after 60 days of culture.The average weight gain of a single Bellamya purificatawas(1.46±0.16)g in density of 300 shells/cage,which growth effect was the most obvious and the weight gain was significantly different from other groups(P<0.05).The survival rate of juvenile Bellamya purificata between different culture densities was not significantly different(P>0.05).
