泥蚶“乐清湾1号”苗种规模化繁育技术研究

摘　　要：开展了泥蚶“乐清湾1号”苗种规模化繁育试验。结果表明,共催产8批次,总计泥蚶“乐清湾1号”亲贝463 kg,获受精卵14.42亿个,孵化成D形幼虫13.35亿个,平均孵化率92.58%;壳长300μm的稚贝附苗平均密度174.56万颗/m^(2),计10.166亿粒,D形幼虫至壳长300μm稚贝成活率76.15%;壳长300μm的稚贝培育成壳长2 mm的稚贝的平均成活率86.3%,计8.774亿粒。出售泥蚶“乐清湾1号”苗种1496.5 kg,数量8.3435亿粒,苗种销售收入104.38万元,利润62.73万元。指出,强化培育的亲贝性腺肥满度好,催产成功率高,产卵量大;二次去雄技术生产上操作简便,受精卵变态率高;水质与底质环境是影响幼体培育成活率的主要因素。A large-scale artificial breeding Research of Tegillarca granosa(Linnaeus)of Yueqingwan No.1 was conducted.The results showed that a total of 8 batches were induced,with 463 kg of parent Linnaeus,and 1442000000 fertilized eggs were obtained,which hatched into 1335000000 D-shaped larvae,with an average hatching rate of 92.58%.The average density of juveniles of 300μm was 1745600 per square meter,with a number of 1016600000,and the survival rate of D-shaped larvae to juveniles of 300μm was 76.15%.The average survival rate of juveniles of 300μm to 2 mm was 86.3%,with a number of 877400000.1496.5 kg of Linnaeus of Yueqingwan No.1 seedlings were sold,with a number of 834350000,and the revenue and profit were 1043800 RMB and 627300 RMB,respectively.The experiment showed that the enhanced breeding of Linnaeus would have good fullness gonads,high success rate of induced spawning and large amount of eggs.In addition,the secondary emasculation technique was easy to operate and had a high metamorphosis rate of fertilized eggs,and the water quality and substrate environment were also the main factors affecting the survival rate of larval cultivation.
