摘 要:自锁式锚具张拉CFRP布加固混凝土方柱时CFRP布与锚具间滑移较大,造成了较多预应力损失,为了提高预应力CFRP布加固混凝土柱有效横向约束力关键技术问题,设计并提出一种楔片式锚具张拉CFRP布,对12组预应力CFRP布加固混凝土方柱进行了考虑不同锚具类型、柱表面处理、预应力水平和张拉次数对CFRP布预应力损失试验。结果表明:与自锁式锚具对比,楔片式锚具张拉CFRP布持荷过程预应力损失率减小达40.7%,其中CFRP布回缩损失最为明显,降低幅度达68.4%;柱表面涂胶处理后降低了摩擦损失,进行二次张拉,CFRP布持荷过程预应力损失有效降低。根据实测数据建立理论计算公式,预应力CFRP布加固混凝土方柱的应力损失计算值与试验结果吻合较好。For concrete columns reinforced by prestressed CFRP fabric,how to improve its effective transverse binding force is a key technology problem.When adopting self-locking anchorages to tension concrete columns wrapped with prestressed CFRP fabric,the slip between CFRP fabric and anchorage is large,thereby causing more prestress loss.Therefore,a new type of wedge anchorage is used to tension concrete columns reinforced by prestressed CFRP fabric.Under constant temperature and humidity conditions,the prestress loss tests of 12 groups concrete columns with prestressed CFRP fabric are carried out,and the test period is 168 h.The influences of different anchorage types,surface treatment,prestress level and number of tensioned on the prestress loss of CFRP fabric are considered.The test results indicate that compared with the self-locking anchorage,the prestress loss of CFRP fabric under wedge anchorage is reduced by 40.7%during load-holding,and the reduced of shrinkage loss of CFRP fabric is the most obvious,the reduction ratio is up to 68.4%.The friction loss of the column surface treated with glue is reduced,and the prestress loss of CFRP fabric during load-holding process greatly reduced during secondary tension.The formula is established by the measured data,which has a certain reference value for predicting the stress loss of concrete square columns strengthened with prestressed CFRP fabric.
