摘  要:针对装配式建筑的套筒灌浆缺陷严重危害结构安全,目前缺陷分布对套筒灌浆连接性能的劣化影响规律仍未明确的现状,考虑到缺陷可划分为集中和分散两大分布类型,设计并制备了含集中和分散缺陷的两类半套筒灌浆连接试件进行单向拉伸试验。结果表明:连接接头主要出现钢筋断裂和灌浆端钢筋拔出两种破坏模式;缺陷集中或分散分布并不会对套筒灌浆连接的初始刚度产生显著影响;相较缺陷分散分布而言,缺陷集中分布对套筒灌浆连接极限承载力和变形能性能的劣化影响更大,出现拔出破坏的概率更高,且劣化差异随着缺陷率的增加而增大;获得了可反映缺陷分布对套筒灌浆连接性能劣化影响规律的计算模型,可作为含缺陷装配式结构性能评估的参考依据。Defects in grouted sleeves in prefabricated buildings pose a serious structural safety hazard.However,the law of the effect of defect distribution on the degradation of the joint performance of grouted sleeve joints is still unclear.Considering that defects can be classified as concentrated or dispersed,two types of semi-grouted sleeve joint specimens containing concentrated or dispersed defects are designed and prepared for tensile test studies.The results show that two failure modes,reinforcement fracture and reinforcement slippage at the grouted end,are mainly observed in the joints.The concentrated or dispersed distribution of defects don’t significantly affect the initial stiffness of the grouted sleeves.The concentrated distribution of defects have a greater effect on the deterioration of ultimate load carrying capacity and deformation performance of the grout sleeve than the dispersed distribution of defects,with a higher probability of pull-out damage,and the difference in deterioration increasing with the rate of defects.A calculation model reflecting the effect of defect distribution on the degradation of grouted sleeve joint performance is obtained.The model can be used as a reference for assessing the performance of assembled structures containing defects.
