中国共产党对社会主义准入条件的认识——以对中共权威文献的考察为依据

摘　　要：百年来中国共产党对社会主义准入条件的认识主要体现在国家性质、所有制形式、分配方式、资源配置方式等方面。新民主主义革命时期,中国共产党对社会主义准入条件的认识以马克思主义经典作家的描述为蓝本,认为要想步入社会主义社会,必须实行无产阶级专政、生产资料公有制、按劳分配和计划经济。社会主义革命和建设时期,工业化一度被提升至社会主义准入条件的高度。改革开放和社会主义现代化建设新时期,中国共产党对社会主义准入条件的认识有了继承、变革和创新。新时代中国特色社会主义时期对社会主义准入条件的认识基本坚持了前一时期的观点。当前党对社会主义基本特征和准入条件的认识主要包含政治上的无产阶级专政和党的领导以及经济上的公有制和按劳分配的主体地位,这些特征决定了我国的社会主义性质,是共同富裕等社会主义追求得以实现的最基本的制度保障。Over the past century,the CPC's understanding of socialist access conditions is mainly reflected in the nature of the coun-try,the form of ownership,the way of distribution,the way of resource allocation,and so on.During the period of the new democratic rev-olution,the CPC's understanding of the conditions for socialist access was based on the description of classic Marxist writers.It be-lieved that to enter the socialist society,the dictatorship of the proletariat,public ownership of the means of production,distribution ac-cording to work and planned economy must be implemented.During the period of socialist revolution and construction,industrialization was once elevated to the level of socialist admission conditions.In the new period of reform and opening up and socialist modernization,the CPC has inherited,reformed and innovated its understanding of socialist access conditions.The understanding of socialist admission conditions in the era of socialism with Chinese characteristics in the new era basically adheres to the views of the previous period.The current understanding of the basic characteristics of socialism by the Party mainly includes the political dictatorship of the proletariat and the leadership of the Party,as well as the dominant position of public ownership and distribution according to work in the economy.These characteristics determine the socialist nature of our country and are the most basic institutional guarantee for the realization of so-cialist pursuits such as common prosperity.
