摘  要:目的探讨在骨肿瘤外科教学中,多学科诊疗(multi-disciplinary treatment,MDT)联合以问题为基础的教学法(problem-based learning,PBL)的应用成效。方法选取2020年10月—2023年10月于新疆医科大学附属肿瘤医院骨与软组织肿瘤及黑色素瘤科住培的84名在读研究生为研究对象,并随机分为2组,各组42名。对照组采用PBL教学法,观察组采用MDT联合PBL教学法,2组学生均授予相同的专业课程,对比2组测试成绩、教学效果、学生满意度、教学质量。结果观察组的病例讨论得分为(77.64±8.01)分、理论测试得分为(79.57±7.32)分、临床技能测试得分为(79.43±7.24)分;对照组的病例讨论得分为(70.40±8.08)分、理论测试得分为(74.69±6.78)分、临床技能测试得分为(76.31±7.03)分,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组教学效果评估的各项评分均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组中学生对教学的满意度(97.62%)高于对照组,2组差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);观察组教学质量评估的各项评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论选择MDT联合PBL教学法可有效提升骨肿瘤外科的教学效果、教学质量,提高学生的骨肿瘤外科知识水平和病例分析归纳水平,同时还能强化学生的多学科综合诊疗意识,可作为今后临床教学的主要模式。Objective To analyze the application effect of the multi-disciplinary treatment(MDT)combined with problem-based learning(PBL)in orthopedic oncology teaching.Methods A total of 84 postgraduate students enrolled in the department of bone and soft tissue tumor and melanoma in the Affiliated Cancer Hospital of Xinjiang Medical University from October 2020 to October 2023 were selected as the study objects,and randomly divided into 2 groups with 42 students in each group.The control group was taught with PBL teaching method,and the observation group was taught with MDT combined with PBL teaching method.The students in both groups were given the same professional courses.The test scores,teaching effect,student satisfaction and teaching quality of the two groups were compared.Results The scores for case discussion in the observation group were(77.64±8.01)points,the theoretical test scores were(79.57±7.32)points,and the clinical skills test scores were(79.43±7.24)points;the scores for case discussion in the control group were(70.40±8.08)points,the theoretical test scores were(74.69±6.78)points,and the clinical skills test scores were(76.31±7.03)points.The differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The scores of teaching effect evaluation in the observation group were better than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The satisfaction of teaching in the observation group(97.62%)was higher than that in the control group,and there was no significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05).The scores of teaching quality assessment in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion MDT combined with PBL teaching method can effectively improve the teaching effect and teaching quality of bone tumor surgery,improve students'knowledge level of bone tumor surgery and case analysis and induction level,and strengthen students’awareness of multidisciplinary comprehensive diagnosis and
