摘　　要：我国全科医师队伍建设在近10余年来得到了长足的发展,但在全科医师皮肤科培训中仍存在重视度不高、培训时长受限、课程规划不足、课后知识拓展不成体系以及德育内容欠缺等亟待解决的问题。文章立足目前基层对全科医师皮肤病诊疗能力的需求,结合全科住院医师规范化培训大纲,提出在全科医师轮转皮肤科过程中,通过弹性化的学习时长设置、体系化的课程设置、专业化的教材与拓展资源库的建立、人性化的思政内容融入、全程化的教学管理等举措,形成一套规范化的全科医师皮肤病学培训的路径,以达到逐步实现培训同质化的目的。文章旨在为进一步提升全科医师皮肤病诊疗能力,提升全科医师的临床胜任力,在潜移默化中实现立德树人教育提供教学理论参考。The construction of general practitioner workforce in China has achieved significant development over the past decade.However,there are still some urgent problems to be solved in the dermatology training of general practitioners,such as inadequate emphasis,restricted training duration,inadequate curriculum planning,fragmented post-class knowledge expansion,and a deficiency in moral education content.Based on the current demand for the dermatological diagnosis and treatment capabilities of general practitioners at the grass roots levels,along with the standardized training syllabus for general practitioners,this paper proposes implementing measures such as flexible learning duration setting,systematic curriculum setting,establishment of professional teaching materials and expansion resource libraries,integration of humanized ideological and political content,and full-process teaching management during the rotation of general practitioners in dermatology to establish a set of standardized training paths for general practitioners in dermatology and to gradually achieve the goal of training homogenization.The purpose of this article is to provide a teaching theoretical reference for further improving the dermatological diagnostic and treatment skills of general practitioners,improving their clinical competence,and fostering virtue and educating people through subtle influence.
