中国区域经济学的滥觞、发展与转型——中外学科范式比较的视角

摘　　要：中国式现代化要求构建中国自主的知识体系,中国区域经济学是自主思考的、解决中国问题的理论。中外区域经济学存在三点差异,即两种范式演化、两种政策目标、两种价值取向,国外区域经济学侧重经济学范式、市场演化和个体需求,中国区域经济学主张地理学范式、政府分级和空间协调。国外区域经济学流派分化,对实践的指导作用较弱;中国区域经济学发展脉络清晰,具有自主性、开放性特征,推进区域协调发展在区域分工数字化、发展战略长期化和发展动能内生化三个方面进一步深化。Chinese regional economics is a theory that engages in independent thinking and addresses Chinese issues.By comparing regional economics(RE)with foreign countries,this paper finds that Foreign RE focuses on the economic paradigm,market evolution,and individual demands,while Chinese RE advocates a geographical paradigm,hierarchical governance,and spatial coordination.Foreign RE has fragmented into various schools of thought with relatively weak guidance for practical applications,while Chinese RE has a clear developmental trajectory characterized by independence and openness.It further deepens regional coordinated development in three aspects:the digitalization of regional division of labor,the long-term orientation of development strategies,and the endogenization of development momentum.
