摘　　要：社会主义市场经济体制是马克思主义先锋队政党在世界体系结构性约束下构建的,以社会主义道路实现生产力超常规发展的一种发展型经济体制,这一过程具有自觉性、能动性、创造性与历史性。党的领导权作为能动性中介,实现了社会主义与市场机制的辩证统一,并成为社会主义市场经济体制的“普照的光”。构建高水平社会主义市场经济体制的关键是党建立对经济体系与经济过程的高水平领导权,包括对社会主义市场经济体制有更高水平认识,推动经济体系和经济过程达到高水平组织化,以高水平政治自主性协同多元社会群体及其利益,建立支持社会主义市场经济体制的意识形态并进行更高水平普遍教化。The socialist market-economy system (SMES) is a developmental economic system constructed by the Marxist vanguard party under the structural constraints of the world system. As a dynamic mediator, The CPC’s leadership realizes the dialectical unity of socialism and market mechanisms. The key to building a high-level SMES lies in the CPC’s establishment of advanced leadership over the economic system and processes (ESAP), including attaining a deeper understanding of SMES, promoting a higher degree of organization within ESAP, coordinating diverse social groups and their interests with heightened political autonomy, fostering an ideology that supports SMES and achieving broader societal education.
