摘　　要：随着反腐倡廉工作的持续深入和创新发展,医疗卫生领域腐败问题在得以整治中应反思如何从源头上进行预防。求学于高校的医学生是未来从事医疗卫生职业的主力军,其廉洁意识培育是预防腐败的重要举措。因此,高校医学生廉洁意识培育机制的法治化势在必行,是建立健全预防腐败体系的制度要求、落实立德树人根本任务的法治保障、德法融合本质的内在趋同。然而,实践中高校医学生廉洁意识培育机制法治化存在机制的价值取向背离法治、制度的制定缺乏规范、机制的运行法治保障不足等问题。对此,应以德法并举理念引领高校医学生廉洁意识培育机制的价值取向,从形式到实质规范高校医学生廉洁意识培育制度的制定,坚持法治原则保障高校医学生廉洁意识培育机制有效运行。With the deepening and innovation of anti-corruption efforts,corruption in the medical and healthcare sector should be reconsidered to prevent it at the source.Medical students studying at colleges and universities are the main force for future healthcare professionals,and cultivating honesty awareness among them is an important measure to prevent corruption.It is necessary to legalize the mechanism for cultivating honesty awareness among medical students in colleges and universities.This process aligns with the institutional requirements of establishing and improving a system for preventing corruption,providing a legal guarantee for the implementation of virtue,and integrating ethical and legal principles.However,in practice,there are difficulties in legalizing the cultivation mechanism of honesty awareness among college medical students:the value orientation of the mechanism deviates from the rule of law,the formulation of the system lacks norms,and the operation of the mechanism lacks legal protection.In response,we should guide the value orientation of the honesty-awareness cultivation mechanism for college medical students with the idea of integrating ethics and law,standardize the formulation of the honesty-awareness cultivation system for medical students conscientiously,and uphold the principle of rule of law to ensure the operation of the honesty-awareness cultivation mechanism for medical students.
